This is a plugin for Bio::TreeIO and only supports writing of trees as the format is basically made up by Jason.
This module is a bit of a hack, it is meant to provide a simple ASCII representation of a tree not really more than a simple overview of the data. It is not particularly sophisticated and could stand for someone to take a more rigorous approach to it. --jason stajich 12:53, 28 December 2005 (EST)
