Question: Who am I?

Answer: Lee Katz. I graduated from GA Tech with a PhD in bioinformatics. My interests are in comparative genomics and epidemiology. I now work in the Enteric Diseases Laboratory Branch at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Modules

I'm writing a module for multilocus sequence typing (MLST). I don't think anyone else out there has made one yet, but please tell me if I'm wrong.

Hopefully when it comes time, the BioPerl community will let me integrate it at Bio::Tools::MLST or somewhere.

....... this module is kind of old. Does anyone else want to help me finish it off? I have the project at http://code.google.com/p/perlmlst/

Etc
